As a Supplier Quality Performance Pilot - Electronic Engineer, the main mission is to ensure supplier performance and quality compliance by leading cross-functional coordination, monitoring audits and KPIs, and managing corrective actions.
As a Supplier Quality Development the main mission is to ensure supplier quality and compliance by leading cross-functional coordination, audits, and preventive actions, while driving corrective measures and process validation to meet timelines and performance standards.
The main responsibilities will be:
Work cross-functionally with other departments (Manufacturing, Logistics, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Purchasing, Sourcing Quality, Plant Quality).
Ensure supplier response quality in terms of timing and criteria.
Report, define, and follow up on system audits, process audits, non-conformity audits and Firewall activities.
Lead preventive activities in supplier processes: maintain and apply a database of lessons learned by technology, conduct R-FMEA audits, and manage process window restrictions.
Decide, organize, and lead supplier task forces.
Manage warranty incidents, including reporting to the customer plant as the “one voice” topic lead.
Ensure supplier compliance with performance indicators; drive action plans to achieve expected levels.
Guide suppliers during Sourcing and Project phases in process validation: ensure documentation quality and process progress meet agreed timelines.
We see you as someone with:
Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and validation of automotive components.
Knowledge of Quality tools (audits, analysis, handling of non-conformities, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.).
Fluent english.
