As a Supplier Quality Performance Pilot, the main mission is to ensure supplier performance and quality compliance by leading cross-functional coordination, monitoring audits and KPIs, and managing corrective actions.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Work cross-functionally with other departments (Manufacturing, Logistics, Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Purchasing, TQF, SSD, Customer Quality).

• Lead and monitor supplier response quality in terms of timing and criteria.

• Report, define, and follow up on process audit actions, non-conformities and Firewall activities.

• Decide, organize, and lead supplier task forces.

• Manage Firewall activities at the plant.

• Manage warranty incidents, including reporting to the plant upon request as the single point of contact (“one voice”) and topic lead.

• Ensure supplier compliance with performance indicators (KPIs).

We see you as someone with:

• Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and validation of automotive components.

• Knowledge of Quality tools (audits, analysis, handling of non-conformities, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.).

• Fluent english.
